Getting Error SBL-EAI-04308 On Pick Segment - Segment Designer (Doc ID 2550434.1)

On : 8.1.1 [21112] version, Siebel Marketing

When attempting to add a segment to a campaign in Siebel Marketing, the following error occurs.

Authentication error: An error occurred during authentication. Try again later or contact your administrator (SBL-EAI-04308)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Logged in as SIEBADMIN in Siebel Marketing Application.
- Able to Navigate in Segments -> Segment Designer
- And Segment Tree Designer
- Click Segments in Use
- Open any Segment
- Click on Shared give error message.
