Symptoms

Installed Siebel 18.1 in both uat and prod on OL7.6. when launching application siebel application application not coming show blank screen in both environment.

Error:
ObjMgrLog Error 1 000000b65cef09f5:0 2019-05-30 18:21:30 (oracon.cpp (4795)) SBL-DAT-00523: The selected record has been modified by another user since it was retrieved. Please continue.
ObjMgrLog Error 1 000000b65cef09f5:0 2019-05-30 18:21:30 (oracon.cpp (4821)) SBL-DBC-00105: An error has occurred executing a Sql statement.
