Session Timeout Is Not Working As Expected In IP19

Session Timeout in IP19
Session Timeout is not working. If we don't want siebel application not to get session timeout for that we have below parameter changes to Object Manager. Ex: callcenter
Application Message Bar Flag = True
Application Enable Message Broadcast Cache = True
Application Message Bar Update Interval = 120
Application Message Broadcast Cache Size = 100
And In SMC for callcenter under "Enhanced Authentication" given Active Session Timeout Value (seconds)* as 125
As per above settings Application session should not get time out, but after 125 seconds if application is idle getting session timeout
Application session should not timeout if it is idle
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to siebel callcenter application with above parameter settings for Callcenter OM
2. Logged in successfully in home page
3. Kept application idle for more than 125 seconds
