   New User of an Existing Partner? 
   New Partner?

SBL-DAT-00329: The responsibility of user <Login Name> does not allow accessing view 'User Registration Forget Pwd Info View - CX Partner Portal'.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Loyalty Partner Portal application login page
2. Login page is displayed with below links
Forgot Your Password?
New User of an Existing Partner?
New Partner?
3. Up on click on any one of link error message is seen
