Symptoms

On : 18.12 version, System Admin

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Application Interface tomcat is leaking memory. This is happening on Production environment.
It is necessary to bounce AI tomcat every 15 days to avoid impact on Production.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Application Interface tomcat should manage memory without leaking


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Login
2) Navigate to an attachment view
3) Choose a large attachment to download
4) A popup asking if you want to download the file is displayed.
  That's when in quick sequence you will:
  a) click on the download button
  b) click on the close button of the browser
  c) click on Exit in the popup telling you there is a Download in progress

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user experience is impacted as it is necessary to bring AI server down to avoid further impact on the system availability
