Name Based Promotion Import Is Not Working (Doc ID 2553618.1)

Name Based Import is not working as per Doc ID 475334.1

Named Based Promotion Import is not working as per Doc ID 475334.1 where Domain products are not getting added under Promotion . Getting below error message
Getting below error message in Promotion Import with error- Item Id does not exist and Data will be skipped.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Created below Product Structure in Source Application

TestPROMO - 1-5V6M

|-TestCP - 1-5V5Q

|-TestSP - 1-5V55

2. Create same Product Structure as above in Target application. Hence created with different Row Ids

TestPROMO - 1-43Y1

|-TestCP - 1-43WU

|-TestSP - 1-43WK

3. Imported "Import workspace" workflows in Target environment and "Cfg_Vod_Import_Simulator" BS as per document

4. Go to Admin Application >> System Preferences and added parameter "FilePath for Workspace" as C:\Siebel\23073\ses\siebsrvr\Importfile

5. Created another simple Product and added TestSP1 with row id 1-2K4R in Source application. Below is the update structure

TestPROMO - 1-5V6M

|-TestCP - 1-5V5Q

|-TestSP - 1-5V55

|-TestSP1 - 1-2K4R

6. Go to Admin Product >> Workspace Project and take TestPROMO export with Full structure in Source application

7. Move Promotion xml in Target application in following path with renaming to Importfile.xml.... C:\Siebel\23073\ses\siebsrvr\Importfile

8. Simulate Import workspace WF from Admin Application>>BS

9. "TestSP1" is not added/got updated under Promotion TestPROMO in target environment as a domain products
