Symptoms

ERROR
SBL-DAT-00215 This operation is not allowed when there are no records displayed. Please execute a query that returns at least one record or add a new record. (SBL-DAT-00215)

STEPS

1. Create Service Region and provide the Service Region to the Employees
2. Go to Dispatch Board View and Select Service Region created in Step 1
3. Drag and Drop the activities from the unscheduled activities,error:SBL-DAT-00215 This operation is not allowed when there are no records displayed
