Web Tools Crash Due To SBL-DAT-60298: Deletion Is Not Allowed On This Record (Doc ID 2554909.1)

Symptoms

On : 19.3 version, System Admin

When attempting to delete a web template item that is not allowed the following error message is returned to the user

SBL-DAT-60298: Deletion is not allowed on this record, as it is not created in the current version. Please inactivate the record and proceed further.


The above error is leading to the OM crash with the following call stack:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Web Tool
2. Open Web Template Editor
3. Try to delete a control that was created on a different workspace
