Symptoms

On : 16.18 [IP2016] version, Siebel EAI

When attempting to save the data using REST service
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Method 'NewRecord' of business component 'XXXX Account Billing' (integration component 'XXXXAccountBilling') returned the following error:
"An error has occurred writing to a record.Please continue or ask your systems administrator to check your application configuration if the problem persists.(SBL-DBC-00111)"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Trigger REST Inbound Web Service
2. Observe the error while creating new record Account Billing


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Inbound web service is not able to create new record
