Symptoms

Incremental sync not working.  TxnProc log has the following error:


ERROR

"(utlvdata.cpp (1669) err=1769685 sys=2) SBL-CSC-00213: Invalid visibility database. Shut down and restart *all* remote components using it (txnproc and txnroute) to rebuild."
