On : 19.2 version, Siebel EAI

When attempting to sends REST inbound requests to Siebel with OSB
the following error occurs.

javax.ws.rs.ProcessingException: Resource Java method invocation error

java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: java.lang.ClassCastException

Socket had incorrect word size: 0.(SBL-JCA-00313)

[CMGR WARNING] Failed to create a connection: com.siebel.om.sisnapi.NAK cannot be cast to com.siebel.om.sisnapi.HelloACK

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Send REST inbound request to Siebel from OSB
