Import ADM Files From 2014 To Siebel 17.x or later version Failed With Error SBL-SVC-00232 (Doc ID 2556701.1)

The customer is trying to import ADM files from 2014 to Siebel 17.x or later version, and getting the error that The Schema of the source and the target environment must be the same version.

The schema of the source environment and the target environment must be of the same version.(SBL-SVC-00232)




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use ADM to export in ADM Sessions in ADM GUI from source 2014 environment (ADM Deployment Project has 'Export to File' checked), it is successful and .xml files are created containing exported data.
2. Use ADM to import in ADM Sessions in ADM GUI the xml files in target Siebel 18.x  or later version environment, it fails with the error SBLSVC-00232.
