Symptoms

After upgrading from Siebel 8.1.1.9 to 19.4, a custom view which is based on View web template :DotCom View Basic, gives the error below.  This view has custom applets which based on the following applet web templates:

DotCom Applet Form  2-Column
DotCom Applet List Tabbed
