On : 15.0 [IP2015] version, Installation

Siebel Uninstallation Wizard Failing


We are performing a complete uninstall of Siebel Enterprise (version IP 2015) running on Windows 2012 R2. We are not able to proceed with the removal due to errors:

Currently we are performing Enterprise Configuration removal, where once the Enterprise Configuration Wizard is opened it is completely blank and once clicked on the next button it points to exit.

Gateway, Siebel Server, SWSE are all installed on the same machine.


ERROR

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform Uninstallation
2. The process is stuck in between while removing enterprise configuration
3. It errors out.
