Objects Inactivated Automatically During IP19.2 Upgrade (Doc ID 2559541.1)

Symptoms

On :  19.2 version, Upgrade

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
users cannot find required Objects in active Status and thus not available for development

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Once Upgrade is done, all the Objects should be in active state.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade the Previous Environment IP 15 to IP 17 PS 19.2 upgrade using IRM
2. Once the Upgrade is finished, check that objects Like (Business Objects, BC Fields & User Properties etc.) automatically gets inactivated in target environment.
3. Check the Log and no errors will be found.
