Objects Inactivated Automatically During Siebel 19.2 Upgrade

On : 19.2 version, Upgrade
Users cannot find required Objects in active Status and thus not available for development
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade the Previous Environment IP 15 to Siebel 19.2 upgrade using IRM
2. Once the Upgrade is finished, check that objects Like (Business Objects, BC Fields & User Properties etc.) automatically gets inactivated in target environment.
3. Check the Log and no errors will be found.
