Issue With DISA Plugin Developed To Read National ID Card (Doc ID 2560330.1)

Symptoms

Trying to build a custom DISA plugin to read data with the UAE National ID card using approved card reader devices.
Sample Java code which invokes the Id Card API is tested and works fine when running manually in Eclipse IDE.
Following the detailed steps in OracleSiebel GitHub site, the Ant build is also completed successfully (GitHub site - https://github.com/OracleSiebel/ConfiguringSiebel/tree/master/ExampleCode/DISA)

Next, tried on a lower version of DISA - 2.18.10, logging started to work with this version.

However, the main issue persisted. As soon as the code reaches the line which refers to a class from Id card API jar, below error is in DISA log
