Web Template Editor Is Displaying Blank Middle Applet And Distorted Labels in the Side (Doc ID 2560628.1)

Siebel Tools - Version 19.5 and later

On : 19.5 version, after a fresh installation the interface for WebTools Layout shows middle applet blank and some misalignment on right side

The following steps were performed:

1. Install base 17.0

2. apply 19.5

3. Run database configuration , choose Install

4. Configure gateway, enterprise, server , application interface

5. go to WebTools, Appet Web template. Try to edit.

6. the Web template editor comes up , however it is displaying blank middle applet and labels are distorted in the side

Note: this can also occur when running IRM from a previous version , using this version installed
