Default Applet Focus Not Working In Open UI When Drilling Down On A Record (Doc ID 2560880.1)

Symptoms

When drilling down on a record in an Applet, the focus is not on the applet defined in Siebel Tools.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. In Siebel Tools, locate a View and set the "Default Applet Focus" to an applet
2. Login to the Application, and navigate to this view
3. Focus is not seen on the applet configured in step 1 above
