SBL-EAI-04116 Error With Outbound Web Service (Doc ID 2561612.1)

Symptoms

After implementing HTTPS for outbound web service, when invoking the web service, the following error occurs:

HTTP Internet Exception during 'Data Send': 'The connection with the server was reset', code: '12031'(SBL-EAI-04116)

Also when importing the security certificate, we saw the following message:

"The integrity of this certificate cannot be guaranteed..."
