Goal

Question 1:

 

Siebel Gateway and Enterprise profiles are getting created as read-only. It is necessary to edit the Siebel file system path in Enterprise profile. How can the profile parameters values to be changed without deleting and creating the profile?

 
 
Question 2:

Two Siebel server profiles were created. The first one was created while creating the Enterpirse profile. It is read-only. But when the second Siebel server profile is created, it is read-write after some time. Why server profile 2 is created with read-write permission?
