Suddenly AOM URL not accessible "Server busy" but component is showing "online" in server manager

When trying to login to application, "Server busy" error is presented instead of the login page
checking the AOM status in server manager, shows that this specific AOM is having "online" status
the environment was deployed more than a month ago, but the issue is only present in the last few days
