Tab order on pick applet is different in Open UI than HI

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to application in Open UI mode and HI
2. Navigate to opportunities screen
3. Select Account pick applet
4. Try to click on tab
