Siebel Test Automation File Attachment Upload Fails with : Cannot find the path to the file. (Doc ID 2567391.1)

On : 19.6 version, Configuration - General

 

File Attachment is working correctly in the Siebel user interface but when a test automation script is recorded and played back, the test script is unable to upload the attachment.

The error says "Cannot find the path to the file" this happens when we clicked on the button to import the file to the attachments.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Successfully record a test script which attaches a file to Account.
2. Playback and notice the error.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot implement test automation scripts that use file attachments.
