Symptoms

On : 19.3 version, Configuration - Dev Env

SBL-DAT-00368: Column ' Id ' not defined in table 'S_WORKSPACE'

The customer reported that after running full publish on 19.3 vanilla environment (EnableSafeBoot=TRUE, ManifestSafeLoad=TRUE), application was not coming up, all components are down:

The following errors were found from the OM log file:

ObjMgrSRFLog Error 1 000000045d120d78:0 2019-06-25 14:59:04 (sqlbcdef.cpp (1527)) SBL-DAT-00368: Column ' Id ' not defined in table 'S_RR_OBJ_ITEM'.
