Siebel Migration Application in RR environment, tried to create watermark file using Generate watermark button. But it is taking long time to generate and file size also big as compared with initial runs.
Steps to Replicate:

1. Login in RR environment, either UAT & production
2. Click on Generate watermakr button
3. Watermark generation taking huge time, more than 2+ hours
4. File size is also in GB
