Sudden increase in database connections from Siebel application side
Db team sees many Siebel connections which are going in inactive and idle state which lead to an increase in the database server memory
Because of this the Siebel application crashes and is experiencing intermittent disconnections
No DB increase should occur on connections from Siebel Application.
After applying POC - 29371970 the issue with the rise in the DB2 session occurs.
