ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Promotion Criteria is not working for Existing Loyalty Member

We have defined below Promotion criteria which is not working for existing members

Criteria:
Name: Test
Type of Comparison=Compare to Values
Expression:[Member.MultiField.Tier] = 'Tier 2'


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Promotion Criteria should apply

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Loyalty Member>>Transactions
2. Create a Accrual Transaction and click on Process button
3. Transaction got processed but not applied correct Promotion Criteria
