Information in this document applies to any platform.
Decrypt function failed for records created before Siebel 2019 upgrade. Any records created after the upgrade work without issue.
After the upgrade Siebel from IP2016 to Siebel 2019:
When accessing from UI the data in any encrypted column, the following errors are logged in OM log and "Data Unavailable" message is seen in UI
