S_AUDIT_ITEM Table Outputting Blank Values Rather Than The Expected Null For Empty Fields (Doc ID 2572216.1)

Symptoms

Customer reporting that when they return a query on the S_AUDIT_ITEM table that it is returning a blank value for empty column when a Null value was expected.  This is standard behavior for previous releases and it has been changed without notice.
