The Application Object manager getting crashed and below error can be found in Enterprise  server log.

5. Now open the Expression Designer to review the Conditional Expression clicking on the field control button, label "More Info Form Applet" 

6. The Expression Designer pop up window never opens and after a while user get pop up message ""The server you are trying to access is either busy or experiencing difficulties. Please close the Web browser, open a new browser window, and try logging in again."
