IP2018: "Conditional Expression" in Runtime event action with length more than 1000 is crashing

Application Object Manager component is getting crashed while trying to open the expression builder for "Conditional Expression" field in "Adminstration - Runtime Events --> Action Sets --> Actions --> More Info".We are able to replicate this issue with Vanilla SRF as well.

Below is the conditional expression.

Conditional Expression:
(GetProfileAttr("KBButtonAttrib") <> "Y" OR GetProfileAttr("KBButtonAttrib") IS NULL) AND (((GetProfileAttr('TestIsActSysUpdated') IS NULL OR GetProfileAttr('TestIsActSysUpdated')<>'Y') AND ((([Status] = LookupValue("EVENT_STATUS", "Updated") AND GetProfileAttr("sPrevStatus") <> 'Pending Access Approval') OR [Status] = LookupValue("EVENT_STATUS", "yCancelled by User") OR [Status] = LookupValue("EVENT_STATUS", "24 Hour Wait Complete") OR [Status] = LookupValue("EVENT_STATUS", "Pending Related Inflight Chg") OR ([Status] = LookupValue("EVENT_STATUS", "Expired-Cancelled") AND GetProfileAttr("Login Name") <> "SADMIN")) AND ([Category] <> 'Active Gear'))) OR(([Status]='Pending Customer Input' OR ([Status]='Customer Updated' AND GetProfileAttr("sPrevStatus") <> 'Pending Access Approval')) AND GetProfileAttr('ActiveViewName') IS NOT NULL) OR ([Status] ='Inflight Chg Rejected/Canceled' AND GetProfileAttr('TestIsActSysUpdated')<>'Y') OR (LookupValue("Test__PORT", [Test WOLI Part Number]) ='Y' AND [Status]='zClosed-Customer Notified' AND GetProfileAttr('TestIsActSysUpdated') IS NULL AND [Test Action Code] ='Add'))

Should not crash

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. write conditional expression>1000 characters
2. try to open conditional expression
3. application crashes
