Cann't select record on PICK APPLET, when push the F7 key (IE browser cursor mode ON)

Symptoms
[Issue]
When the browser cursor mode of IE is turned ON (push the F7 key), the record of Pick Applet is not selected correctly.
[Steps]
1. Login to Siebel Application by using IE11.
2. Goto My Service Requests view.
3. Press the F7 key and acknowledge to browser cursor mode on.
4. At 'Last Name' column, click the selected icon to open the Pick Applet.
5. Select the 3rd record on 'Pick Contact' applet by using mouse pointer.
6. Click the 'OK' button.
At 'Last Name' column, the wrong value is set. (it is 1'st record on 'Pick Contact')
