Production Upgrade Error "Import New Customer Repository" in IP2017 (Doc ID 2576319.1)

Symptoms

 

On : 18.12 version, Upgrade

When attempting to perform an Upgrade in Production mode, the error occurs in the step " Import New Customer Repository" 

From the file upgrep_prod_81111\output/repp.log the following is found:



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Complete dev upgrade
2. Follow Bookshelf upgrade steps from
https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E95904_01/books/UPG/upgrading-the-siebel-database.html#c_Preparing_for_a_Nondevelopment_Environment_Siebel_Upgrade_dc1358127
and rename both ddl.ctl to schema.ddl and mstrep.dat to schema.ddl from the same machine
3. run upgrade , it fails
