Cannot Open File SBL-UIF-00276 Error While Exporting Records From List Applet

While exporting records from list applet suddenly throwing below error message
We detected an Error which may have occurred for one or more of the following reasons:
Cannot open file: /sea/temp/xyz_export.tmp. (SBL-UIF-00276)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Siebel application
2. Navigate to any list Applet ex: Contact List Applet
3. In List Applet go to Menu>>Export..
3. A popup window opened with error message and finally unable to export records
