SSSE-Specific Updates Dont Flow To Outlook (Doc ID 2577509.1)

Siebel Server Sync - Microsoft Exchange Server - Version 16.7 [IP2016] to 19.3 [Release V16 to V17]
Information in this document applies to any platform.


Normal Calendar activity which is created in Siebel syncs fine to Outlook. Later on updating it to Recurring (eg Daily) in Siebel it doesn't flow to Outlook 

We expect that any update made in Siebel on a normal Calendar activity to be reflected  on Exchange side as well 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) create a normal Calendar activity  in Siebel 
2) this  syncs fine to Outlook 
3) later on update it to Recurring (eg Daily) in Siebel 
4) Notice  that the update doesn't reach to  Outlook( the synchronization is not done)
