Mailbox Stuck - Interactions Are Not Getting Created

Mailbox Stuck - Interactions are not getting created. Siebel email driver should be able to pull the emails from Exchange server.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Mailboxes ID gets expired
2. Reactivate the expired Mailboxes
3. Notice that the emails are not pulled anymore by the Siebel driver
