Symptoms

Noted that OM Process size is growing beyond the 2 GB limit and crashing. This is resulting in "Server busy..." error.

Frequent OM process termination is causing end user getting kicked out of OM.
Some DB connectivity issues noted resulting in authentication failure errors sporadically.
