Symptoms

On : 18.12 version, Universal Customer Master

When running 'UCM Person Customer Profile Integration SOAP Process' , while trying to update the SDH record (Begin: Business Service 'UCM Contact Source Data and History Service' invoke method: 'Update)
the following error occurs for some of the records

ERROR

 SBL-EAI-04397: No user key can be used for the Integration Component instance 'Contact'.
