Symptoms

<Error><ErrorCode>8716598</ErrorCode> <ErrMsg>The connection pool is empty and no connection could be created.(SBL-JCA-00310)</ErrMsg></Error>

<Error><ErrorCode>8716605</ErrorCode> <ErrMsg>OMRPC Request 233 on connection 12000ad was abandoned after 0 ms because it timed out.(SBL-JCA-00317)</ErrMsg></Error>
