Enterprise Deployment failing after upgrading from Ip 2013 to 19.7

Enterprise profile deployment is failing after upgrade from IP 2013. The enterprise profile created successfully but deployment of the profile fails. Deployment status shows with red indicator next to the enterprise profile in SMC
