When attempting to generate Siebel reports the process fails and the following error is seen in the XMLPReportServer.log:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Siebel application.
2. Navigate to the view where the records are displayed, for example activities view.
3. Click on the report icon and submit the report.
