When attempting to check the XMLPReportServer component post DB refresh, the XMLPReportServer component goes offline and the following error occurs.

GenericLog GenericError 1 000065655d5412d8:0 2019-08-14 13:29:52 (secmgr.cpp (2824) err=4597527 sys=0) SBL-SEC-10007: The username or password you have entered is not correct. Enter your username and password again.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup Siebel BIP integration with Siebel security model with WebSSO.
2. Make sure that the integration works fine and reports are running and XMLPReportServer component is up and running.
3. Perform DB refresh and check to see if the XMLPReportServer component is up and running.
