1 - How to implement Loyalty Program for Norwegian clients? Customers travelling from Norway need Norwegian application, currency as Norwegian krone, there might be different set of rules, promotions for this program.
Loyalty SVE (Swedish) application running on 18.7
There is 1 Loyalty Program for individual customers and a number of promotions under that program. Application is Swedish based , currency and translations all are in Swedish .
If a Swedish individual customer travels on Swedish train he will get points under Swedish program. If a Norwegian individual customer travels in Norway he will get points under Norwegian program.
There is no shipped language for Norwegian.
2. How to handle the Currency conversion? Having Loyalty setup working on Norwegian CURRENCY. It means that for every 1 NOR Currency accrued, 1 Point is given for instance while still using the Swedish Siebel Application
