Information in this document applies to any platform.
On : IP2017 version (any Update), when attempting to Create security profile during initial configuration
the following error occurs.
The following steps were followed:
1. installed 17.0 and Update on a multi-server environment
2. logged in on Siebel Management console on Web Server #1
3. specify the <gateway_hostname>:<port>
4. enter Data source information with DB authentication
5. it fails to validate
