ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

issue 1.
Intermittent issue, Using export functionality in Siebel applet.
the generated xls file contains junk characters instead of expected rows
possible issue with server 1 (as when the user session connects to server2, the issue is not present). Also, a workaround to delete the spf is currently in place in order to avoid this issue
issue 2.
no logs are generated for Public Sector AOM on server 1
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

exported rows should be created fine in .xls files
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. open a list applet with records
2. use export functionality and select xls format
3. the generated file contains junk caracters
