Using Siebenv Script Of IP2017 For Non-secured IP2015 Environments (Doc ID 2586068.1)

Symptoms


customer has upgraded QA environment to IP17 and trying to connect another IP 15 environment using srvrmgr binaries of IP17 and is not getting connected. This seems to be the issue with the fact that IP2017 is a secured environment and others being non-secured environments. Customer is looking for workaround, wherein they can still use the siebenv file (IP17) for other environments (based on IP15).

The Below error is occurred while trying to connect using srvrmgr from IP17 env to IP15 env

SBL-NET-01949: Failed to establish TLS connection.
SBL-SCM-00018: Could not open connection to Siebel Gateway configuration store
