Full RR Migration Execution Fails with the error 'No more data to read from socket'

The issue is happening when the Siebel DB is setup in Azure database.
Full RR migration fails with the following error in migration.log. The status of migration in History tab is stuck in 'Running'. There is no process running in the background.
