Buttons "Reply, Reply to All, Forward" are disabled in Communications Detail Response view
- Configure Drill down in Activity List Applet for Activity type 'Email - Inbound' in order to navigate to Communications Detail Response view
- Drill down from Activity List Applet ,Reply,Reply all and Forward buttons are disabled in communications Detail Response View
