Symptoms


Issue in bringing up vanilla Call center in Siebel IP 2017 new installation

Once after the AI Deployment, when using the call Center URL, it says server is busy.


ERROR in UI

Error: Application callcenter_enu is not configured in Deployed profile


STEPS
-----------------------
1. Install Siebel 17.0
2. Deploy Enterprise, Siebel server and AI profile
3. Log in to Srvrmgr to confirm that the callcenter object manager is up and running.
4. Access the callcenter application.
