Pickists are Read Only After Second Drill Down Navigation (Doc ID 2589837.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
An issue with drill-down and records navigation on Contact list applet with 2 drill-downs.
1) Complaint - navigates to Complaint creation view
2) Contact Last Name - which navigates to Applet which is present in the Transaction view.
    Result: On the second one, the picklists are read-only.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Pick-lists should not be read-only.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. When a user clicks on 1st drill down, go to Complaint creation view and then navigate to Transaction view all the picklist and fields are working fine and not Readonly.
2. When a user clicks on 2nd drill down, go to Applet which is present in the Transaction view and then go to Transaction view all the picklist and fields are ReadOnly.
