Symptoms

Siebel File System is not accessible from one the siebel server when request goes to server out of two siebel servers. Here are details:

Srvr1 : Created with file system and shared the files system path across servers

Srvr2: Able to access shared file system path from this server and able to create files manually

When accessing siebel application and request goes to Srvr2, it is failing with error in OM log:

SBL-DAT-00176: The path '\\\xxxx\Siebelfs\userpref' does not exist or is not a directory. If the problem persists, please contact your systems administrator.
SBL-DAT-00801: LoadPreferences: \\xxx\Siebelfs\userpref\SADMIN&Siebel Sales Enterprise.spf: Preference file directory not found.

Error Error 1 000000075d7908ec:0 2019-09-12 16:20:01 VOD Broker File Cache for CfgObjBroker\ISS_PROD_DEF is not initialized;
File System was not detected
None of listed directories are available: \\xxxxx\Siebelfs
